Cancellations or changes can not be guaranteed if ample notice is not given, which we need 24 hours during business days only, prior to 7 a.m. of the day you are scheduled for delivery. Any change or cancellations of orders left over the weekends will not be received until Monday morning, therefore they would not apply to any delivery prior to Tuesday a.m. If we do not get the notice of cancellation or change order to the farm in time due to customer not providing 24 hours notice, and if the sod is harvested and the farm doesn't have another purchaser, then the sod belongs to the customer, regardless of whether you allow us to deliver or you refuse delivery. All sod that is brown, dry, discolored, or diseased when delivered must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We request you notify us with problems with your sod by e-mail, regardless of whether you place a phone call. E-mails sent should contain a photo and come into our inbox within 24 hours of delivery for any sod that is not acceptable. An insecticide, fungicide, and starter fertilizer should be applied with five business days following installation. All sod should be installed within 24 hours of delivery.
