Landscape Design Project in College Park

No matter what business, there is no clearer sign that you've done well than when a customer comes back to you for more. And that's just what happened with a client we recently did some work for.

Back in 2013, we were contacted by these homeowners in College Park who contacted us for sod installation and irrigation installation. We did just that, putting in a Rain Bird irrigation system underneath a blanket of Floratam St. Augustine sod. They were very happy with the results, so this year, when they decided to get a whole landscape design done, they knew who to call.

The College Park area is known for quaint homes with historic looks to them, and this feel makes it a deserable area to live. The house is a pretty home, and a new landscape design was going to bring quite the new look to it.

We put together a design for the client because the owners wanted this home to stand out. We created a plan and chose plants that would help compliment the property, including Japanese Boxwood, Oyster Plant, Christmas Palm, Miami Supreme Gardenia, Sweet Viburnum, Eagleston Holly, and Loropetalum 'Plum'.

Along with the designing the landscape and installing the new plants, we also did some sod amendment and transplanting to ensure a long life for all of the plants. We also modified a few sprinklers and used pine bark nuggets for mulch.

While we are flattered that these homeowners chose us once again to work on the exterior of their home, we're also not really surprised. We take pride in putting in the best work in our industry, and that's why many choose Ground Source, in this case more than once, for their landscape design, sod installation, and irrigation installation needs.
